Default someone please help me with these problems...

-first im getting an annoying check engine lite...it's for map sensor codes 3 and 5, i put the missing link in and it's still coming on...my afc is never showing positive pressure, under full boost it shows -9...lite comes on when cruising.

-next im getting backfires and sometimes flames coming from my exhaust (it's actually kinda cool to see albeit a little unnerving)

-sometimes the car bogs down and runs kinda shitty before clearing up, if im coasting and punch it it will hesitate and kinda feel like it has no power...

-on hot days the car runs slow, but at nite it seems to run 10 times stronger...

im hoping i can get some answers here as i have tried to figure it out but i am at a loss...im trying to get everything in order before i pop in some injectors and crank the boost...thanks...1

Honestly it sounds like your MAP sensor is flipping out. That'll make the car run like ****. Sounds like it's dumping lots of fuel. See if you can swap out your MAP sensor and check your vaccume lines.

i checked into that...i put on a map sensor from a friends ride (same year and model) and i still got the same codes...one of the map sensor wires isn't putting out much voltage...it's about .5 when i think it's supposed to be 5 full volts...now that i know that i still don't know what to do! i HATE cel's...everyone is like don't worry about it but they don't understand how badly i hate seeing it on...not sure if it makes my car run any different...does it??? thanks...1

a detailed explanation of you fuel setup would help. Hell, a detailed explanation of your entire setup would be nice. Has this always happened, or did it just start? Need more info to help.

A suggestion for one of your problems:

I believe you said that your car runs like **** on hot days but !0x better at night. Well, it could just be that turbos don't like hot air, there maybe nothing wrong with your MAP sensor when it comes to that symptom.

I was just talking about how his car runs shitty on hot days. That's all [I]he [I] said. He didn't say anything about his MAP sensor on the hot days, just that the car ran shitty.

Did you install the missing link correctly, if so, maybe it's bad. If you are shooting flames you are definitely super rich, that would also explain why it runs better at night, since it is cooler, there's more oxygen to burn.

yeah im sure the missing link is in correctly...i don't get any check engine lites that sends the ecu into limp mode...i used to but i haven't after putting the missing link in...oh my car also surges at idle from 2500 back to a 1000 then sometimes it will hold at about 1400...

Double check that the VAFC is installed correctly. The reason you arent showing positive boost on the VAFC, is because you have the Missing Link installed. I believe you are suppose to take the missing link off when you run the VAFC, but what do I know.
