Ok here is the deal, I have a 3 bar map sensor hooked up with the check vlaves to bleed the boost. Even with check valves hooked up I getting a code 3 which is the map sensor so of course my car runs like ****. I have the fmax kit so I have the 2 extra injectors for know, but the thing is I have a missing link coming in tommorrow but I'm not sure if that is my problem. I unhooked the 3 bar and hooked up the factory just to see what it would do and it worked fine no codes no nothing. Can somebody help me please, should just by and fmu for know and just hook the factory map up. I'm getting a hondata 2b soon but just can't afford one right know.

Why are you running a 3bar map with your stock ECU? Why don't you try the stock map with check valves?

 

Thats how the fmax kit work, it also runs the extra injectors as well, so if I don't have the 3 map hooked up the extra injectors will not work and that means that I will have no form of engine mangement.

ok sounds like you replaced your oem map sensor with the fmax one??? that aint gonna work. You need the oem one in place with a missing link and the fmax one ONLY for the mf2 does that sound right?

 

So I just unplug the wires going to the 3 bar and run the regular one but still have the injectors hooked up. Is that right.
