SC32 or SC34-which would you pick? Most power under the curve?

Hey guys I have posted this question on a few other sites trying to get a straight answer. I have a fully built short block including sleeves(9:1 cr), completely redone head(Earl's special) and every possible thing else it seems like! This is a D16Z6 with stock displacment running on 91 octane with methanol injection, stock gearing. Equal length mani, 3" dp and exhaust.

My car will be street driven everyday and see some strip use on the weekends. I want to have a large enough turbo to support ~450whp, not fall out of boost everytime I shift(~8500 rpm max), and not have to run 30 plus psi to obtain my goals. Laggy turbo tolerated but I want the least amount possible.

Also, if you guys have any other turbo choices let me know and please include a/r, trim,etc. But please no GT series turbos as I am now one broke biatch!

i would say the 52 trim sc61. I just put one on my stock b16 and it has less lag than my 57 trim garret had plus way more top end power. On your setup i dont think there will be much lag at all and it will definatley support your hp goals.
