Has anyone done a T25 turbo on a B18C or B18C5? I am curious of the results. I want to do turbo but only want to run about 8-9lbs max with stock bottom end and I am thinking this turbo will run out of steam at 8000rpm. Please dont tell me to get a bigger turbo, I just want info on the T25 for now.

it will run out of steam long before 8000, more like around 6000

 

ive raced 2 cars with that turbo. sr20det 240 and a turbo mr2. they pack a punch... with my t3t4, i cant even pull away from them. its pretty much tied. probably because they get better launches and shiet anyway.

 

those motors also do not injest the amount of air that we do, and they are running higher boost to achieve the power than most stock Honda blocks can support. Good for them does not mean good for us.

 

Yup and most stock turbo cars usually run at least double digits in boost. WRX runs ~14psi.
