S300 Upload error

S300 Upload error
I'm trying to load a base map to the P28 but everytime we upload it prompts :Upload Failed- please try uploading again..Here is what I done to try and fix it
-loaded latest S300 software
-updated S300 drivers
Anyone who can point me in the proper direction..much appreciated..

Make sure you have the right USB connection enabled in your s300 manager. Also, reboot once you've updated your drivers and etc.
Remember, ignition should be on position 2 then upload the calibration. Turn the car off then start it up
