Default s-afc help? Please read...

Something is wrong with my s-afc or on my car. I have a 95 auto ls. I installed the s-afc according to the instructions. When my engine is off and my key is on the on position, my pressure reads + .13 mm Hg. Is there a way to recalibrate my s-afc so it reads 0 mm Hg while the engine is off?? Or is this normal? Thanks
