Default running to rich help

i just did a new build as a dd b16a3. just upgraded the fuel system and a few other things. im just aiming for 275hp-300hp max. im just having a problem with one thing. its just got a base map. been wanting to dyno it. the dyno shop is only an hour away i wanted to drive it there like my other car. but i cant make it far without the plugs giving out on me. its all hooked up right but its running to rich it keeps roasting them. is there anything i can do to lower the fuel level? "i dont really trust the towing comps here. every time they tow one of my cars they mess it up some how." so just tow it there some how and let them handle it....
