So you used a pressure tester to check all the vaccuum leaks at the inlet of the turbo

you need to get tuned again if the car was tuned without a fuel pressure regulator and bigger injectors its going to fun different with those new components installed... more likely than not its running very rich in which case you need to go on the dyno again and retune the car... good thing for you is the car should drive and be more reliable on the new setup then the old one

so you greatly increased your fuel flow and didnt think you would need to retune?

THIS

Anytime your AFR changes you need to retune it..

As far as the lag, is it a .63 or .48 57 trim?

personally, i wouldnt use a .63 on a stock block. It spools late like you said and B20's dont rev high anyways. Just change the back housing to a .48 and youll spool faster/quicker.

as far as how much power.. anywhere from 180-225 is my opinion.. theres too much not listed to give a def answer.

Your tuned for 440cc injectors, but your running 550's...This would be the first thing I would look into. A retune is needed.

This ^

you might make 300 realisticy, but IMO its a ticking time bomb on that bottom end. I wouldnt put the bottom past 300 @ crank. But what is the torque range? thats what you need to be looking at.
