Default New dyno results

Kinda dissapointed. Guess im running pretty lean. Setup is:
T3TO4E
SFP mani
Ls motor
Uberdata
450's

Any advice on how much fuel to take out would be great. My last dyno i put down 192 and 186 but that was at like 10-1 A/F. This time not much more power but way leaner, guess i took too much out.

Since you are running an to4e wheel and housing, they like to make the power at the top end of the rpm band. If you look at your air/fuel is dives at 6K-7K to below 10:1. If you would make your air/fuel more consistent on the top end you will be able to pick up at least 10-20whp.

yeah something is definately up there. with my turbo ls running only 7 lbs i put down 178 horse and 158 tq. that was while i was running crazy rich (10.1). You are definately running dangerously lean. You actually need to add fuel throughout most of yor rpm range.

Here is my first dyno.

On my software the RPM increments are at 5k, 6k, and 7k. Can i make an adjustment to change the a/f in the high rpm with only those increments?

The software does not have enough finite adjustment points to be able to create a linear air/fuel curve as with hondata, aem, etc. The software should at the minimum have 500rpm fuel adjustment points at high rpm range. You still should be able to create a fairly linear air/fuel plot by realizing that the adjustments you make effect the latter fuel points. So if you are leaning 5K range, it will lean out 6K range a slight amount.

If i took out 10 % from 3k to 6k and then added 5% would that be close?

Honestly, without working with the software before hand I cannot accurately tell you how touchy the numberical maps are. For example the haltech numberical maps seem to be laggy in that you are take a decent % off the rich/lean section of the map to get close to target lambda values. Although 5% should take out 5%, it seems to take out mathematically 2-3% of fuel adjustment. IMO, you should enrich 3-5K by 5%, then lean out the values above 6K by 10%. That should get you closer.

i think u need to reverse that. You need to add some fuel in the midrange, and take some out on the top. As you can see, your power declines as your fuel gets super rich.

The software he is running is built for a vtec setup.. the low cam setting is not well deifined in the higher rpm because is almost never there.. the high cam is setup the right way. I'm not sure if there is a way to make the computer think the car is turning on vtec or not.

Ah, that makes alot more sense. I didnt think Blake would create the software with large adjustment ranges. I will really have to get a copy of the software to try it out, i am very very interested in seeing the possibilites. Anyone have a copy?

the softare has the same adjustment points as hondata...

id add 5% throughout then take out 10% in the 7000 adjustment area.

check your compression, because even on that run w/ you being lean, you should have made a lot more power, i made 270 whp at 10.5 on a t04b housing. also what does your timing map look like?
