Running Hondata for the first time, having problems...
I finally got all the parts I needed to run the Hondata S100. The car ran fine with the hondata installed but a jumper was left open to run the stock ecu. I got base maps sent to me from my tuner, and installed an AEM fpr, with Delphi 780cc injectors, NKG sparkplugs, and GM 3bar map sensor.
After installing these parts and making sure everything was connected right, the car starts but smells like gas, idles really rough, eventually stalls, and is not drivable.
I checked to make sure no gas was leaking from fuel filter, injectors, and fuel pressure reg. everything seems ok. map sensor voltage was ok, vacuum system seems ok.
Here's my check list:
-FMU still inline with fuel return but vacuum disconnected
-3bar map sensor measures 1.6V
-set fpr to 48psi with vacuum unplugged and pinched
-fuel pressure at idle = 42psi
-set sparkplug gap to .32
-checked injector resistance with home made resistor box (12ohm)
-installed Hondata jumper
could it be the map sensor, or vacuum, or anything with the Hondata (maybe base maps)? if th ebase maps are set for the stock map sensor and I have the GM installed could that cause this problem?
I'm stuck and need help bad... Any ideas?

Your base map was probaly set up for stock map sensor, so by switching to a 3 bar hondata needs to be adjusted for it. Have your tuner send you another start up map with the correct injectors and map sensor.
What do you mean a jumper was left open to run stock ecu?
