hondata compatable w/ itb's?
well all i need for my motor is something to run it with....i dont really have a lot of money left for it and i was wondering if i could get a hondata system to run with my ITB's? what choices do i have and how would i go about hooking this up as in map sensor and such? will i be able to get an idle out of this? anything will help
sure thing all our jerry built motors forced / all moturs are all using hondata. even with itb's without any problems. idle's jus fine too!
You're questions are far too vague. There are people running stock ECU's on stock engines with no idle problems and no serious tuning maladies. Hondata will work just fine assuming that the particular TPS you are using reads exactly, or close to, what an OEM Honda TPS reads. Regarding the MAP sensor, just tee off one vacuum line from each cylinder and run it to the MAP sensor (zip tie it out of the way). Be more specific with your questions and we can be more specific with our answers.
