Default Running on a base tune + self-tuning questions?

I got my phearable base tune chipped p28, 255lph fp, 550cc injectors and downloaded crome and looked at the map that he gave me. It looks pretty good, You guys have told me before not to boost on a basemap; but, my brother and I are the ones that are going to tune my car since I don't trust anyone else around here. Anyways, the timing table show ~22-23* of timing at boost threshold and at ~8psi it has about 18*. It looks like it is a good and we think the fuel table looks to be pretty rich at boost. It looks good enough to give it a try. I was thinking I could go to the dyno and buy like an 1hr of time and get the a/f ratio figured out and then use a egt guage on the street later to change any of the timing if it need to be. What egt should it be at in boost? what a/f ratio should I shoot for in boost like ~11.5. A base tune usually is pretty rich, right? how much fuel should we have to take out?

p.s this will be on a stock d16z6 with 93octane on a 50trim t3/t04e turbo and open 2.5"downpipe.

thanks.
