Default safe to boost on basmap?

Just wondering if it's safe to boost stock internal H22 at 7lbs on a basemap, thats made for my set up? tuner has never seen my car though.

can you tune crome with a wideban? how close can you dial it in with a wideban if u can tune with it?

all u have to be safe about is the air/fuel and the timing. im running 12:1 its a safe tune i like to drive the car alot and i like to give it hell when i do. iv already destroyed two motors. 1st one was bad air/fuel and the 2nd was timing. im not sure but crome should have a auto retard timing for how much boost ur funning. just read up and play it safe. me and a buddy tuned mine great on the 3rd motor and its hold strong.
