If you search around on the hondata website, you'll find that they recommend a 0.75 degree per pound of boost retard.

Despite the popularity of the AFC hack for fuel management, it does about the exact opposite of what you want when it comes to timing management, i.e. you get max advance at max boost with the AFC hack.

Don't ask how I know, cough ... four broken ringlands later, cough cough, 11 psi... cough, ...but I couldn't hear any detonation ...

Maybe he's trying to ask; How much should I retard the timing with boost.
Then he needs to ask in accordance to how much boost. I'd like to know what all of you recommend also.

I'm running the safc and a btm at .75 degrees retard per lb of boost.

so the AFC hack alone for fuel management and no timing is not safe?? even at 7 psi of boost?
