retart timing?
Since you're only runing 4 psi of boost, ignition timing can be left stock, assuming you're pumping premium fuel. On a B18b , prob no need to retard timing till around 7-8 psi. Then you'll prob want to retard timing at the distributor about 2 degrees. Of course, this is all assuming you have properly installed the DRAG fuel pump and FMU and have no fuel issues...
