restrictive downpipe=backpressure???
man this sucks...after installing the turbo and smc the car idles extremely high...so i took the charge pipes off and put the stock injectors back in and it still idles at 3k...you guys think its my downpipe? http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...0/fca7a522.jpg will that cause a lot of back pressure and idle the car at 3k??
i wont judge the book by its cover, but what diameter piping are you using? ideally wouldnt you wanna run a 2.5" to 3" downpipe?

yeah checked it many times. i also have the ecu pinout for the pm6 and its correct....oh can it be my injectors....i have low impeadence rx7 460's and have the stock crx resistor pack in line with the wiring, are my resistance levels correct with the ecu and smc or injectors...thanks this is stressing me out im putting the stock mani back on i need the car
That downpipe looks tremendously restrictive and completely inconducive to flow. Start over. Buy a flange from Turbonetics, some pieces of mandrel bent stainless from Kinsler Fuel Injection, and have some one weld you a proper pipe. I have some pics if they will help you.
