Default De-tune back to stock?

Just finished putting a b16a2 into my eg, it RUNS, but it runs really silly.

The previous owner of the engine had it turboed, and had it tuned with e-manage. He neglected to tell me that he had never returned the ecu back to stock. So now it's running crazy rich. The other things I've noticed, it idle's really high, and it bounces around - usually from around 1800rpm to 2000rpm. It also wants to die if rev'ed a bit.

So, my questions are -

How would I get it back to stock? I'm assuming using the e-manage thing to return it back to stock, but if there's another way I need to know.

Would tuning it for turbo make it idle like that? Checked the idle screw, it's regular, and all the vacuum lines are hooked up and tight.

1. Install the stock fuel injectors
2. Un-install the e-manage crap
3. Open the ecu & see if it has been modified, if so, order a basemap chip for the engine you have or cut the jumper at j1 to return the ecu to stock rom format.
4. Check the malfunction indication codes (read http://www.phearable.net/tech)
5. Resolve all MILS
