realistic gains with equal collector manifolds verses log style?
What's up guys? Alright, here's my situation; I'm a broke college student, paying my own way, bills, etc. I finally finished my B16A built for boost, and got it into my EJ8. Also, I got lucky and scored a new turbonetics t3/t04e 57 trim for 100 bucks, got an SR20DET BOV and intercooler piping for free and some 780cc precision injectors for 150.. so, I'm pretty close to boosting the car as is, but my question is this: How much gain would I have using an expensive A/C compatible equal collector manifold over an affordable tubular log style?
I plan on boosting ~15psi in street trim on a conservative tune. I've been told i'll see around 50hp difference using an equal collector manifold.. does that sound right? I've seen the full-race test but i'd rather hear opinions from others with experience as well.
Thanks in advance for any help, I've thought about this countless times

yeah sometimes
350WHP id say log it. especially on an AC setup where its a cluster expletive to begin with. ive got a log on my coupe with A/C and it made 282 WHP on a mitsu 13g through a full 2 1/4 exhaust. 350 should no sweat on a 57 trim.
