Re-tune if running no cat?
Probably, yes. Your exhaust should be less of a restriction, so you're running a touch leaner now.
BTW, cats suck. Good move removing it

i am curious also cuz i plan on adding a test pipe to my car and differ intake manifold to my GSR. But i dont have the time or money to retune so what should i do. i really want to add these mods on.
I would suggest that you tune it again.
I went quite a bit leaner when I changed from a 3" downpipe with High flow cat w/ stock exhaust to a 3" downpipe, gutted cat and 3" exhaust.

Most of the replies I see are pretty big changes, but I am talking about a minor change of a high flow 3 inch cat to running no cat.
Do u know how much your A/F changed 01ITR#700?

There's a recent thread where a guy went from no cat to a high flow 3" cat and was running so rich from the loss of VE he was bogging in boost. You don't think ditching the cat is enough to lean your AFR out comparably? What's the opposite of bogging from too much fuel?
