cat or not cat?
Putting emissions aside for the monent (heres my opinion). When running forced induction on cars especially turbos, they hate back presure. Ive heard of people gaining up to 40 horses just by freeing up the exhaust (open down pipe vs. stock exhaust). So by removing your cat and putting a free flowing exhaust you should notice a gain in horsepower.

all i did was weld my heat shield from my cat onto my test pipe and no one knows the difference
