I hate people who pull crap like that on others. It makes it all that much harder for us to sell things online.

Unless, of course, someone feels like donating some 550cc injectors to the dustin's car fund...

tax deductible contributions for a good cause

Well, I will make one reply to this subject. I just got back and checked my email and this site. I see that everyone is bashing my name for no good reason! I have never cheated anyone. A lot of the stuff that is being posted here is false! Dustin is changing this entire situation to his advantage. I guess I can see why so many people leave this site. Everyone here is so quick to jump the gun and start pointing fingers. I sent you the injectors with all the paperwork! They are RC injectors, and as a matter of fact, that pic doesn't even appear to be the same injectors I sent out! You bought the injectors on 01 OCT 01, and you bought them AS IS. They were new and only one was taken out of the package from RC, just so it could be checked over. I will not refund your money, and I will not address this matter an further.

Uhm, ok. I did not get any paperwork from you. I got a box, four used injectors.. one of which was enclosed in a /PAPER TOWEL/ because you "lost" the bubble wrap it was in. After the fact when I posted that I had gotten used injectors from you, you responded "Sorry Dustin". That is called an /ADMISSION OF GUILT/ on your part. But I still thought they would work with my setup, so I let it be. You /KNEW/ these were used, and deliberately or not, you cheated me.

Nice job.

These are not the same injectors you sent out huh? Wanna see the pic from YOUR WEBSITE? http://www.geocities.com/shogun963/M...geceltic3.html

More specifically, http://www.geocities.com/shogun963/00_00065.jpg

I did nothing to you, and I emailed you privately about this. Just the way you handled your response validates my worst fears.

I would /ABSOLUTELY NEVER/ do anything like this to another person. If I found out I had inadvertenty screwed them, I would refund their money no questions asked. You know I have an absolutely perfect reputation, I would never lie. You know you screwed up, but since you have your $$$ now, you want to twist the situation to make /ME/ look like the bad guy?

If I could I would try to use these POS injectors, but they absolutely will not fit on a honda manifold and fuel rail. They are the complete wrong size, I have no idea what sort of car these are from. So, because your friend screwed you over, you want to pass the "savings" on to me?

I do not know whether you understand this, but this is why the import "scene" absolutely sucks. People lack common courtesy for other members and perpetuate this "Whatever benefits me" mentality. "AS IS" my ***. So for example, If I wanted to purchase say four injectors from you, and you sent me four rocks... that would be fair? Because it is AS-IS... right?

And if you say you are selling me 4 unused 550cc RC injectors, but they turn out to be 4 very used, damaged yet "repaired", XXXcc injectors that have been flow tested by RC and have had RC stickers affixed to them, that is OK too? Because it is AS-IS?

Well, I'll have you know that I did in fact mention this to my attorney friend, and he guaranteed me that as long as I had documentation that he would go ahead and help me get my money back on this one. AS-IS.. deliberate or not.. you are not allowed to misrepresent a product to sell it. It is illegal, my friend.

And in the online world of reputation, there is no statute of limitations. You screw me, I guarantee you are going to have trouble selling stuff online in the future.

those sure look like the same injectors if you ask me. Dustin, tell me you recieved these in the mail, and that you have his name, address, etc. It's mail fraud, and easily punishible. People like this give people like yourself and me a hard time selling things. Fraudelent *******

I have his name and address, and he sent these to me via priority mail.

Brandon did not even have the decency to respond to my email regarding this subject.

I just completed a PayPal Fraud Complaint report. Since Brandon refuses to solve this in a civil manner, I will go to all means necessary to resolve this via a third party.

It is not even about the money, it is about the principle.

Ahh, brandon being the mature individual he is just deleted the Image and HTML page off his geocities site, good thing I saved a local copy, I was betting he would do something like this. Talk about an admission of guilt.

Well, I suspect this will be my last post on this board after 192 days. I have met some good people on here, and some not so good people. Everyone here is going to think whatever they want, but I will post a reply of the email I sent to Dustin. If it seems to harsh for you, so be it! Just how would you feel if you sold someone an item, 4 months later they say it is not right, after they have already inspected the item kept it! I did nothing wrong here, and just in case anybody is wondering, I took down the entire site and just posted one with the picture of the injectors. Here is the site: www.geocities.com/shogun963/injector.html

Here is my response to Dustin:

Dustin,

I have read over your posts on the Honda-tech site. I too will be contacting my legal department. I never defrauded you in any way. The injectors were new and they were from RC. If you had a problem with this, you should have sent them back 4 months ago. But you have held on to them, and now they look to be in bad shape. That is what I meant by the injectors not looking like the ones I sent you. If you would like for me to post a website with the original picture so everyone can see the shape they were in before I sold them, and the shape they are in now. www.geocities.com/shogun963/injector.html I posted a classifieds ad for the injectors, you sent me money, I sent you the item. You inspected the item and kept them. Now 4 months later, you are trying to pull this on me. Like I said in my post, I have never dicked anyone over. I am not some punk kid that is just going to roll over when you decide the item isn't for you anymore(4 Months Later)! The way you went about this pissed me off even more. I am normally a cool guy, but if you start messing with the bull, you get the horns! There are only a few facts to this:

1. I sold you new RC injectors, and I told you they were 7 months old when you bought and had never been installed!

2. You received the injectors, were happy with the purchase, and I quote from your email, "I got the injectors. They look good."
Your words, not mine!

3. 4 Months later, you decide the injectors are not what you want and wish to send them back. This of course after you have bashed my name on the honda-tech site, and posted false statements about me.

There is no denying these facts, I have never had to deal with this type of "GAME" you are trying to play. Do what you must, but there was no wrong doing on my part. The only thing that is wrong is the way you have handled matter, and taken shots at my character.

yes, but you sold them as Honda injectors, when it is very clear that they are NOT Honda style injectors. No one even knows exactly what they are. He unknowingly accepted them, and waited to install them until now. Now that they don't fit, you are refusing to accept them in return, even though you sold him the wrong part (knowingly or otherwise) in the beginning. Thats messed up, you look/act like a scammer.

Really, convenient time for a selective memory. How about I go ahead and relate to the folks here what our emails actually said:

Subject: RE: RC 550 cc injectors

I got the injectors. They look good. They look sorta dirty and scraped
though... sure they have never been installed? No big deal, thanks for
shipping them so quickly.

Dustin,

I can assure you that the injectors are new, they are about 7 months old
though. I bought them from a buddy in NC. He built his motor, bought a
turbo, bought all kinds of stuff for it. But he was trying to do it all
at once. His car was down for 15 months, and he was driving a beater.
He said enough and asked me if I wanted to buy everything. He never
hooked up the injectors, but he did pull them out and look at them.
That is why I had to wrap up the one in a paper towel. He couldn't find
the packaging it came in. The only reason I sold them is I need bigger.
As a matter of fact there was a question I had for you. I know we have
talked about this before, but I am about to drop about $500 for some 750
cc injectors and I want to make sure I have a definite answer. DSM
injectors will fit into the intake and fuel rail on a 93 Prelude VTEC
right? I called the people today to order them and they flat out told
me they would not fit. He said they would fit in a DSM only. I asked
him a few other questions and I think I found out the source of that
info was not good. I guess I just need my warm fuzzy back I am glad
they got to you so quick. I might just use the Post office more often!
Talk to you later,

Brandon
Looks like you told me AFTER I sent you my money /AND RECEIVE THEM/ that they were Some old injectors you got from your friend. The things were scraped up and used. I was trying to be nice and was giving you the benefit of the doubt. I now see that my efforts were wasted.

And, since you seem to want to continue the deceit.. how about I refresh your memory about this thread:
