ok i got some RC 310cc injectors yesterday. got them in the mail, had to insatall them asap ; )

when i tried putting them in my manifold they werent fitting. too big for the O rings. i pulled the O rings out of the manifold and squeezed them on the injectors but then neither went in the manifold. im using stock O rings from my gsr injectors. i shoulda knew it wasnt gonna work, so what do i do?

i know obviously i should hit up RC about using aftermarket o rings.. but is they any particular O ring i can run.. or is there a way to wide up my stock o rings.

im sure hella ppl have tried this so can someone help

 

You have to use a dremel or die grinder to open up the hole in the o-ring...

I thought everyone knew this.

ahhh okay kool ill just do that then : ) i actually had it like that and thought " hey this shouldnt leak right : / well this time ill tighten the nuts until the injectors go into the seal somewhat and make sure all the pressure is even. and maybe ill take a pic and post it on here

 

My RC370 don't leak. These where installed in a GSR Manifold, no issues. Now they are in a a Performer X, still no issues. I just used new o-rings when I switched IM's.

 

By any chance do i guys know where i can buy new o rings? I just bought some as well but theyre all missing the seals,could i buy oem honda or i have to buy other ones?
