Default Rc 550cc injectors

Just a quick question-

Do they RC 550cc injectors fit straight onto the factory fuel rail of the H22A engine?? or does the rail need spaces??

any help would be good..

cheers all

They should fit right in. You'll need to use the lower spacers from RC that fit into the intake manifold though.

They use OBD-I style plugs. If your car is OBD-I, you're fine. If not, you'll need to run OBD-II>OBD-I conversion clips or splice in OBD-I injector clips. Also, if your car uses saturated injectors, you'll need to get the saturated 550s, otherwise you'll need to add a resistor box to run peak-and-hold injectors.

The ECU doesn't controll what type of injectors you use (peak & hold or saturated).

Peak & hold = OBD1 injector clips + resistor box
Saturated = OBD2 injector clips (no resistor box)

To further confuse you, you can also have saturated injectors with OBD-I clips too(like 92-95 Civics and 94-95 Integras).
