RC 550 O Ring?
I have a built d16y8 and got some RC 550s used and they didn't come with the o ring that goes into the intake manifold so I used the ones off my stock injectors.
My problem is that this area of the RC injector is slightly bigger than the same area of the stock injector. The stock o ring fits on the RC injector but the injector doesn't fit into the intake manifold. 3 of the 4 injectors are fine but one of them is leaking ever so slightly.
Does anyone know where I can get the right o ring so that the injectors fit into the intake manifold?

Yep, carefully. I've broke one before using the dremel (shitty sandpaper broke)

Yep... it should take about 5-10min. Just check the sizing frequently so you don't remove too much material.

Or you could just buy the D16Z6 o rings since they are OBD1 size just like the RC's. At least it worked for me on the B16 intake manifold for my EM1. I bought '94 B series o-rings and wallah..perfect fit. The Acura dealership was actually cheaper than autozone because autozone sells a kit when I only needed on part of the kit

on my y8 with 550cc's I actually got a razor blade and CAREFULLY cut the inside material out of the seal. I did it until it fit snug.

i installed my RC550's according to these instructions from RC. http://tiger.towson.edu/~dpetro1/rc550.doc
you can see towards the bottom it says that the injectors should sit on top of the seal. mine have been like that for 2 years with no issues. it seems like dremeling works as well but isnt necessary.

I'm gonna check out those instructions when I get home but on the other hand...will OBD1 O rings solve my problem?
