t25 is waaaay to small d00d...trust me.. my buddy is just starting his b16 with t3/04e <and that is a very decent turbo awesome for b series.. i know all this because we boosted his old zc with an IHI turbo which is similar to t25.. its is TOO SMALL for b-series.. u will max out your turbo with a high flowing gsr engine

I dont want to make more than 250whp, and I want somethign really streeatble. Thats why I thought t25, becuase it spools so quick. What ar eyouri thoughts on a good turbo for my needs?

And does anyone know still how many hp itll make?

t25 is meager..but u can use it in the mean while, and get a relatively small and efficent intercooler if u dont really plan on upgrading.."which you most likely will"

u can get a t28 new or find one from nissan sites that come of jdm pulsar gti-r engines or s15 silvias..the s15 silvias are ball bearing turbos..but good luck finding one of those for a good price

I might want to upgrade later but really, I just want to make 250whp for now because I need something reliable. So I figure an IC'ed t25 running stock boost (12psi) with a decent sized IC would make 250, but honestly i have no clue what itd actually make.

A ball bearing t25 would probably spool up at around 1.5 and be fully spooled by 2 would it night? Thats totally streetable, which is what I love so much about it. I just dont know if it would last thru 8200 rpms.

This isnt a drag setup, this isnt for best qrt mile, i just want some kick in the *** when Im driving around town. When I have the money to do it right, I will go all out (if that still interests me). For now, forged internals makign 250whp at a low psi is all i need.

It won't last up to 8200. Grab a T3 from an old T-bird and you'll be much much happier with the results. You'll easily get your 250 & be kicking *** around town . It's not much more expensive either. Should be able to get one for around $150-200.

is there any site I can go to see turbo sizes? I heard that the Greddy TD05-18G is like a small T3 and would be able to give me some pretty good boost. Is that a good turbo to go with?

And also I guess I still dont see how a 2.0L DSM that spins over 7k RPM could use this turbo but not a 1.8L that spins to 8.2
