DOes your Tial bov flutter at low pressure, like when only boosting to 5 psi or so? When at 20 psi, it gives off a clean woosh, but seems to flutter for me at low psi. I assume that is because it is a stiffer bov than most, but yet it is still used in these low boost applications...

 

ya it does do a flutter sound but that is the sound of the tial and when its higher boost its a really fast flutter. I like it sometimes you cant even hear it.

 

perfectly normal! not too mention it sounds cool as hell too!
