question about sleeves

question about sleeves
i have this b16a2 block sleeved at 83mm, there could possibly be a crack in the jacket that is on he underside of the block...
not for sure, its getting zyglo tested tomorrow to find out for sure...
but my question is, if its a crack there, im told the sleeves will need to be pulled for it to be fixed...so would i be able to just put the ge sleeves in another block, or have it done by ge themselves? just not sure if they differ from the b16a2 sleeves, because if that is the case im putting them in a b18b block and going ls/vtec turbo...
so anyone that can help with my very confused time, and situation it would be greatly appreciated..thanks in advanced for my stupidity
