psi on stock internals
does anybody know how much boost I can run with stock internals. i want to buy a greddy kit and install on a d16y8. Also, any other mods that I need to make first

Boost is relative, you want to ask how much power you can make.
Powerwise...D16Y8, although I am not sure, really...I would stop at around 220whp personally. I am familiar with the D16Z6 myself, are there many differences between the two?
