Default Psi to HG conversion?

Can someone confirm this:

15psi is about the same as 30 inHG

Reason is, i might get a boost gauge that measures in inHG, but only goes up to 10 inHG which would be about 5psi?

15 PSI is roughly 30"Hg. The conversion is:

1 PSI = 2.036 "Hg @ 32 deg F
1 PSI = 2.041 "Hg @ 60 deg F

Don't know why my unit convertor has both temps but they're pretty close anyway.

HTH

yes they are close but air density, and therefore pressure, changes with temperature.
