profec b stopped working?
Today I changed my oil and changed my coolant. I did not unplug my battery or anything electrical. I got everything done so I took my car for a test drive. I put it on high boost and go to boost and it wont go past .6 bar, its suppose to go to about 1 bar. I tried unplugging the harnesses going into the controller, leaving the ***** set to 0 and then plugging them in. nothing. could this be a vaccum line issue? however it holds the .6 bar pretty well. Is there another way to reset the controller? I think I had this problem when I first got it but I cant remember how I got it. I have the greddy profec b spec 1 controller.
thanks

there is no reset on the unit! all you do is set up the dip switches on the back and set up the amount of boost u want.

Re: (aemciv)
Check the electrical connection to the profec?
Check all of the vacuum lines related to the profec?
Also, what psi level is the wastegate (alone) set for?

the wires are good and so are the vacuum lines. the actuator is set to 5 psi. but like I said it just recently happened. I had lo set to .7 and high set to 1.0. if I turn it off the stock 5 psi will boost, then when I turn it on it wont go past .6 bar. I turn the ***** on the profec and it wont increase at all.
could I have a leak in the piping?
I would think that it wouldnt boost at all though
