Problem with Tial Q!
So I bought a brand new blow off valve from Tial. Installed it. I am running a vacuum line from it straight to the intake manifold, No tee's. I ran the car with the original spring it comes with for 18-20 pounds of vacuum. Didn't open. Then I figured the spring was too stiff, so i removed it and put in a softer black spring. Still was not opening. So I started the car and was opening the throttle body by hand to watch and see if the BOV opened and nothing. What am i missing? Car pulls in around 20-22 for vacuum.
Mine did the same thing. Take it apart, take the spring out, push the bottom of the valve open, its stuck. push it open and I took a very very small amount of wd40 on my finger and ran it around the bottom rubber ring on the blow off valve and it works perfect

sometimes they get stuck if they get jarred around during shipping.
take it apart and put some light grease in the bore and on the lower o-ring to prevent it from sticking
