Problem losing fuel pressure
Hey, I posted this issue before but I guess I can be more specific now.
The problem I have is that when I drive for about 30 minutes or so of constant driving, I begin to lose fuel pressure and my fuel pressure gets worse the longer I drive until it eventually goes to 0 and dies. It just bounces around like crazy.
I have a 10 gallon fuel cell, AEM fuel rail, paxtion FPR, 8an fuel feed and return line, and an SX Performance fuel pump. I switched out the FPR with an aeromotive and same ****. I originally had an aeromotive fuel pump and thought ny fuel pump was crapping out on me so I bought this brand new SX Performance one and same crap. I have 8 gauge wire as my power and ground and I am running it to a separate relay which gets triggered by the main relay and then gets powered by the battery. It does the same even when hooked directly to a battery.
Anyone can help me out? I disconnected all the fuel lines today and blowed them out with an air hose and still no go. It's things like this that just make me wanna sell all my ****. Any help would be appreciated.

Only thing I thought of also which should arrive sometime next week since I already ordered a new one. I guess I can try bypassing the fuel filter and run it without it to see if thats it but wouldn't it be doing that the whole time if it was the fuel filter? I mean, why would it be doing it only after like 30 mins of driving?

Where is the pump located? I know the aeromotives are gravity fed, they recommend that you mount them below the sump level. Possibly when your car is sitting level its getting fuel to the pump, enough to build pressure. As you start driving, fuel isn't getting fed to the pump therefore your loosing pressure??? Just a thought?

yup, mounted right below my tank.
After the 30 mins of driving, its fine at idle, but when I start driving and especially when I start off in first it drops fuel pressure like crazy like the fuel isn't being fed properly through the pump. Makes sense what you are saying BLKTeg94, any way to fix the issue?

OMG OMG OMG OMG
$400 later, a month later, the issue is fixed
took out my fuel filter, tried to blow through it and I can barely blow through it. Connected it without the fuel filter, perfect fuel pressure, doesn't fluctuate at all. Took it for a little rip, and she fucken hauls ***. Finally I can enjoy my 403 whp.
New fuel filter comes in next week so I'm not gonna drive it til my new one comes. Thanks for all the help guys!!
