Default Fuel Pressure Loss HELP.!

Have a B18C Turbo Integra

So this is my fuel setup :

: AEM Fuel Pump 320
: Skunk2 Composite Fuel Rail
: RC 1000cc Injectors using Resistor Box
: AEM FPR
: KTuned Inline Fuel Filter

Using -6an Steel Braided Lines from line coming out of bottom of Engine Bay (stock hard line)

UPDATE:
So yesterday was messing with the fuel pump and checked voltage again and it's at 11.6v
Idk if that is stock voltage but just out of curiously ran a wire directly to it from battery to pump . Then it gave me a voltage reading of 12.6v but fuel pressure would still drop from 45-50psi with little load to about 30-35psi

Things I have checked and Changed out to try and figure out issue

I've have changed the following Items to try and located the issue

-Fuel Pump
-Rail
-FPR
-Injectors
-Fuel Filter
- I have checked for voltage issues
- Changed Fuel Gauges
-Changed Main relay

please help . Losing fuel pressure when I accelerate not allowing me to Tune my car properly

I would check for fuel leaks on the skunk2 rail those things are notorious for leaking

how did you check for voltage issues? sounds like it may be dropping voltage

Is the fuel pump hard wired to the battery with a relay?

How did he check it? You would have to check it while doing a pull to see it. Otherwise it will look good just sitting there idling.

Hard wire it with a relay. Could be too much resistance in the stock wiring. Plus that pump needs more current then the stock wiring can handle. It's very basic to do and will only cost you about $15 for everything.

I just ran into the same problem with my Walboro 450lph. with little load on it you see very little voltage drop through the factory wiring. pull 30 amps through it and your probably seeing a lot of drop.

I ran a fused 8ga lead from my battery to my rear seat area to a relay and 8ga from the relay to the OE pump connector, OE pump ground on the sender was grounded to the unibody by a 10mm bolt.

I also had a ktuned 6an "tucked" fuel filter that came with my car I couldnt blow through the sintered element, i would check yours. they dont lend themselves to good flow.

it's driving me crazy man . Fuel filter I have is the big 10an High Flow filter . I've checked it and it's perfectly fine even took filter cartigage out to see if it would make a diffence but didn't .

Your post says 6an?

Also your voltage drop is very high. Run a relay with a dedicated power wire to the positive terminal. when running you should be in the 13-14V range.

He just needs to hard wire the fuel pump with a relay already.

A normal 4 pin relay will work just fine. You're overthinking this. It's been done a million times before. How to rewire install fuel pump relay mod

How is your voltage stability at the pump, through a full pull? I still don't see where you've tested it, and even if you have, after doing the re-wire, you should check it again.

Voltage through a pull. How much does it drop? I do believe this is the third or fourth time you've been asked.
