Default Problem losing fuel pressure

Hey, I posted this issue before but I guess I can be more specific now.
The problem I have is that when I drive for about 30 minutes or so of constant driving, I begin to lose fuel pressure and my fuel pressure gets worse the longer I drive until it eventually goes to 0 and dies. It just bounces around like crazy.

I have a 10 gallon fuel cell, AEM fuel rail, paxtion FPR, 8an fuel feed and return line, and an SX Performance fuel pump. I switched out the FPR with an aeromotive and same ****. I originally had an aeromotive fuel pump and thought ny fuel pump was crapping out on me so I bought this brand new SX Performance one and same crap. I have 8 gauge wire as my power and ground and I am running it to a separate relay which gets triggered by the main relay and then gets powered by the battery. It does the same even when hooked directly to a battery.

Anyone can help me out? I disconnected all the fuel lines today and blowed them out with an air hose and still no go. It's things like this that just make me wanna sell all my ****. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your voltage at the pump when the pressure drops, you might have a relay problem (voltage drop after it gets warm).

What about your fuel filter? Have you tried changing that? It seems like you have a bunch of stuff either in your fuel filter under the hood or in the tank pick-up filter.

Even when I have it connected directly to another battery that i put in my trunk it does the same so that rules out the voltage problem.

I was thinking it could be the fuel filter, my new one comes in next week that I already ordered. But why would it be doing it after around 30 mins of driving all the time? I can drive perfectly fine for like the first 30 mins then it starts screwing up. I cleaned out my lines and all so it makes me think it could be something either in the tank or the fuel filter. Fuel rail and all has been cleaned out also...

also, if I take out the fuel filter just to test it out to see if thats the problem and run without one for about an hour, will that screw anything up?

No, go for it. OEM filters clog all the time---it coud be after 30 minutes becuase theres sediment in the filter that pulls from the bottom of the filter to covering the acutal filter in that period of time.

OMG OMG OMG OMG

$400 later, a month later, the issue is fixed

took out my fuel filter, tried to blow through it and I can barely blow through it. Connected it without the fuel filter, perfect fuel pressure, doesn't fluctuate at all. Took it for a little rip, and she fucken hauls ***. Finally I can enjoy my 403 whp.

New fuel filter comes in next week so I'm not gonna drive it til my new one comes. Thanks for all the help guys!!

I wouldnt run it without a pre filter..all that **** that plugged your filter is now going to go thru your pump and could cause problems..

FYI..I checked my filter today and man was it nasty!!!
