preventing oil leaks

anyone have any tips on this? i have teflon taped and tightened most of my lines/fittings to the max. i still have small leaks. anyone have any tips?

I wouls like to know that as well.

I saw a nice thing they have for turbo diesels. The oil return was steel and the flange was already inplace. I thought that would be a good idea.
