Default which precision turbo for b16a??? looking for 400 WHP

I need help choosing a turbo for my setup, I'm looking for 400 hp at the wheels. I was looking at the precision sc61, but I'm thinking it will be overkill. Was also looking at the sc34, and 44. What are you guys running on your b16's? I want to hit full boost at around 4500 but i want it to pull to 8500 rpms as well. I just want a turbo with a good spool time but I want nice top end as well.
Here's my setup:
will this support 400whp??
b16a 81.50 bore
eagle rods
srp pistons 9.5 compression
acl bearings
polished crank
pnp head 3 angle valve job
s2 valvesprings and retainers
skunk2 manifold with bbk 70 mm t.b.
precision sc61? sc34? sc44? help!!
precision 780 cc injectors
precision 600 hp intercooler w/2.5. piping
krb fab ramhorn manifold and 3' downpipe
tial 38 mm wastegate 20 psi spring
tial bov
99' ctr lsd tranny stg 4 clutch light flywheel. (should I get a stock one for boost?)
will be tuned using neptune

I would go with the SC44, but then again down the line you may want more power so maybe the SC-61 would be good also. You may want to look into ball bearing turbos like the GT30R which will support over 400WHP and give you a really nice powerband.

Your setup is very close to what i am putting together (aside from manifold, head, and different pistons), and we also have the same goals. I did a ton, i mean a ton of research and decided to go with the GT30R, and can't wait to see what happens once its together.

As for the flywheel i would say dont go too light if its going to be daily driving cuz it will get annoying, but if its not a DD car then go for it, less weight-more power.

GT30 will reach full boost faster making it much more responsive. (less lag)

I like the gt30r as well. I'm putting together a street setup: B16a w/gt30r will be real nice!

If you are looking to upgrade in the future for more power potential. Get the SC61. It's a great turbo. Great high end.

Within the precision line I'd gett he SC50. Will support 400 and still spool well. If you want room to grow get the SC34. I've run the SC34 on quite a few cars with alot of success. I'd stay away from the SC61 unless you displace 2.0L.

How much can I get a gt30r for?? I know I can get precision sc's for under 800 shipped. I would love to have the gt30r, but they might be out of my price range.

Lowest I've seen is $1225. The ball bearing turbos are a bit pricey, but they are really nice. You can probably get a gt28r for around $1,000 but then your limiting yourself to 400 hp. Which is okay if that's truely what your goal is...
