ported and polished head

i have a stock ls t3-60 turbo 10psi. if i p&p the head will it make good power or is it not worth it.

i dont think its worth it, stock heads already flow really nice

It depends what you're going to port, and what you're going to polish! You could very easily lose power depending on who ports it.
