poping/missing under boost

poping/missing under boost
What can cause this?
at first I had an ignitor issue which caused a really bad mis at upper rpms due to my msd being installed and frying it, Well this week I did the ignitor removal writeup off pgmfi.org and that entire componet has been eliminated and I reinstalled my msd back.
It fixed the major problem However,
Im still getting a popping/miss under boost, the more boost the worse it seems to get
Right now I have 7 Heat range plugs gapped at .025, Msd SCI, Blaster 2 coil as my ignition system.
How do I go about diagnosing If its in the ignition system or somewhere else? This problem also seems to be intermittent and doesnt always happen, and Happens ONLY when hot.
