"Common over heat problems
T-Stat---usually it is because of this piece of **** that you overheat.
Bubbles in cooling system. 2nd biggest reason, you didn't bleed enough, you have to leave the car idling for like a half hour to get all the bubbles out with the heater on.
Rad Cap is bad--wont hold pressure.
Leaking coolant somewhere---this can happen only at WOT and not at idle so its hard to find sometimes.
Make sure you fan is coming on. I wired mine to stay on always when car is on.
Worst case scenario is headgasket is leaking exhaust gas into coolant system. You can sometimes see this if you look in your rad resevior and see bubbles coming up."
Oh and by the way, this topic is covered like every day so.......

The fluidyne radiator really helped a lot on my car, but it is a half rad. If you are talking about the integra in your avatar then that radiator stock should be big enough.
Now my temps only barely climb when it is REALLY hot or <humid>. But the fact is that they still want to climb. I always see pictures of people with big time setups with the stock half radiators! God bless them, I just can't understand how they get away with it. Good luck.

"when flying on the highway" - usually thats when the car is NOT supposed to overheat.
Maybe your theromstat is toast, or your fan is not in perfect working order.

Re: overheating in hot weather (EgLsTurbo)
I did not think was good advice in a honda (removing the thermostat). Something about the car not reaching operating temperature as quickly and then slowly overheating....somebody correct me if I am off base here.

DO NOT remove the t-stat, your car will overheat faster if you do.
Seriously, overheating comes from one of the things I listed above.
Start on that list, from top to bottom, checking all I said, you'll find the culprit.
And as said, definitely get a fluidyne, koyo or some aluminum, thicker rad than stock. I also run an oil cooler on my daily driver.
