Default OT: displacement increase without larger bore?

Isn't there another way to doing this? I remember some company came out with a (sort of) extension welded on the original deck to increase rod lentgh or something like that. Is that another way and who can do it? They do ahve premade rods for that right? Might sell my ls block and get a sleeved b16, but still want the 1.8L displacement. the b16 has darton sleeves with a stock bore, but was bored .20 over that for the psitons and rings...

Ummm....longer stroke crank, and shorter rods will work. But, there goes your R/S ratio.
