opinions on my new setup
im hoping to get my hatch together this weekend just want some opinions on my set up, this is my first LS ive really done anything to, so any advice on what i should change, how much boost i should run, and what not would be appreciated, also is there any certain way i should break the motor in? thanks

With that head / valvetrain setup you should do just fine. The SC44 is a nice turbo too. As to how much boost, I guess as much as you want with a real good tune (400 can be made at higher boost and race gas). I think the .48 housings like up to 15 psi before you should switch to a .63 but I could be wrong about that.
The only things I didn't see right away on your list are oil lines, gauges, and a boost controller, but you may have just listed the bigger stuff.
I see you are in VA, if you need a really good tuner, call Joe at Tempest Racing in Southern Maryland (301-638-3000). Honest guy and a nice shop.
