Default Opinion on Overbore pistons

Im doin a b18 buildup with a t3/t4oe 57 trim, .63a/r exhaust housing, with a stage 3 blade and bought stock lenght eagle rods with ross .5 overbore pistons. Should I resell my pistons and take a loss and buy bigger 84 mm pistons for the turbo setup, or should I just resleeve and use the ross pistons. My uncle told me I was supposed to have bought big overbore pistons then read the exhaust pressure and then decide on the turbo to use. But I guess im a little backwards, I was only plannin on like 15 psi boost or so

Why not just bore your block to 81.5mm and use what you got? 84mm won't work in the b18 without sleeves.

I was kind of thinking about resleeving, or should i just do a bore on the stock sleeves and run it with say 15 psi, 81.5 ross pistons?

84 without sleevs might be pushing it, even at 15 psi. i'm runing the 81.5's no sleevs, at 18 psi. runs great, but i'm still breaking in the block. every one around here runs this and it seem to work well for them. if u have the $, sleeve it, and dont think twice. we just dont have the funding for sleeves. thats all i can tell ya.
