Default only making .5 lbs of boost what do I do?

Do I need to plug any lines that go to the evap canister or anything? I checked my couplers and all my connections from the turbo to the throttle body are pretty tight I just don't know where I am loosing boost, it is a t25 and when i sit and rev it in neutral it just can barely make it to half a pound. What do I need to do?

it says 'press' on the guage I am assuming it is psi because I don't know anyone that would ever run 20+ bar. So under load it should boost more? or what difference would it make over neutral? I remember my old saab would only boost under load but I thought it was just the way that car worked. sorry for the stupid q's just new to the turbo world.

yeah most cars only go into boost under load. However i can hear compressor surge when i rev in neutral.

I guess I will have to drive it then, I just didn't want to put it on the road until I was sure everything was working ok, this is good, I was thinking it would be something worse, I will let you guys know if it solves the problem, Thanks
