During high boost, small amounts of motor oil is sparying out of this "nozzle" (excuse my lack of knowledge) What is going on and should I be concerned?

thats part of your positive crank ventilation system. get a catch can and youll be good.
by the way whats your setup? 18+psi is kinda high for someone who doesnt know about the pcv system....Im not bashing on you, just looking out for ya. I know some shops will lead you in the wrong direction to make a buck or two. are you running some type of FMU other than a vafc?

How do you think oil drains from the head back into the pan?

Re: (D15B7turbo)
A breather will just get all oily. Get the Endyn catch can setup.
And don't jump the gun and think it is due to bad rings or cracked ring lands. This is common on high boost/hp setups.

Re: (BodyKits NW)
Looks ok...went and boosted HARD for 15 min on the highway at 18 psi with sock tied to strut bar, than checked, no oil...just hot gases burning the sock. Than parked and revved some more to make sure:
