Default Oil return line not connected?

Hi...I just noticed in my engine (h22) that a blue hose from the valve cover (the oil return line i believe) just hangs down into the engine, the other end is not connected anywhere. Is this normal? I know on stock cars the line usually goes into the intake, but this is a turbo setup.

yeah, if u hooked it back up to the charge pipe, the turbo would pressurize the crankcase springing oil leaks everywhere. Your best bet is to reroute it to the atmosphere thourgh a small filter or maybe a catch can?

ok...well I think i'd just keep it hanging there because nothing seems wrong with the car like it is. sometimes a little smoke comes out of that line at idle when the engine is cold, is that normal?

I hope both you guys are joking, and neither of you own a turbo Honda.

JUST TAKE THE HOSE OFF AND FIND A SMALL K+N FILTER AND PUT THAT ON IN PLACE OF THE HOSE. AND NO THAT IS NOT A OIL RETURN LINE.
