Oil feed line routing?
I installed a new oil feed/return kit on my SE-R and I'm fixing to wrap up all the pieces on the turbo setup and it will be running. I've got the oil feed line running under the engine and then back up in front of the turbo to feed it oil. Am I going to have problems with the line going from higher on the back of the block, the lower, and then higher back up to the turbo?
Reason for asking, a friend of mine was told on his Turbo Spec V that the reason his car was burning a lot of oil/ seeing smoke is because the oil was puddling in the line being run under the engine like it was. He later found out his turbo seals were defective, but rerouted the oil line over the valve cover and now he has no problems.
Any help is appreciated

Re: Oil feed line routing? (2LiterTurboSeR)
well the oil feed should be coming from a pressurized source so it shouldnt really matter how the line is routed. but the return is gravity fed so it needs to be downward sloping only.
-3 feed line and -10 return is probably most commonly used.
