Default oil pan

what do you guys use to seal your oil pan fitting? i got an AN fitting and using gasket maker red gel plus regular heat treated wahsers on both in and out of the oil pan, will this hold the an fitting?

You're not supposed to use any kind of sealant on AN fittings It gets its seal from the angled surfaces meeting together. However where my oil drain flange bolts to the turbo I use high temp solocone sealant. I dont use any sealant on the 1/2" NPT side that goes into that flange, but I probably will when I go to reinstall the turbo. And of course my AN fittings are clean with no sealant. On the oilpan I have a -10 AN steel weld on bung.

take it to a machine shop and let them weld it on
