I just noticed today that i have oil in my charge pipe and you can see residue where the bov releases. I loosened the compressor housing and oil is getting in there some how. The thing is this is a brand new turbo maybe a couple hundred miles on it how can the seals be bad? I dont get any smoking from the exhaust so i dont know whats up it doesn't really sound like seals.

I think one of the bolts holding on the compressor housing backed out a little could this cause oil seepage from the center section? Thanks

What size is your return line? Is it a straight shot to the pan? What size is your feed? 4an? I had the same problem, my feedline was to big(swiched to a 3an line) and my return was kinda bent. I fixed it and nows everything is perfect.

the feed is 3an and the return is pretty straight i mean its a little bend into the pan but its not even close to kinked or anything. I was thinking of trying a thicker oil like 15w50 im using mobil 1 5w30 maybe that would help? But even w/ 5w30 it shouldn't leak either way.

edit: oh yea the return is 10an and the bung is high up definately above the oil level. Dont see what would be backing it up.

whats your pcv system set up like,the hose that comes from the valve cover?the hose that comes off the pcv valve?
