seals on the compressor side are going... its probably just age, what size feed and return are you running? is the oil return above the oil level in the pan? any kinks in the return?

sounds like its time for a rebuild

*** cuz it really is almost new? it must be the seals though cuz i took the turbo all apart and the only think i can see is the oil coming through on the compressor side. no kinks and the oil return is above oil level. where can i get one? any idea?

i wouldnt recommend rebuilding it yourself.... the turbo has to be rebalanced when you pull the compressor wheel off... phoenix turbo charges 250 for a basic rebuild
