If they "Don’t" try improving themselves, they will quickly find themselves sitting at the unemployment office. I'm sure they wouldn’t want that and am willing to improve, where necessary for the sake of their company.

BTW, i rock a OBX moroso knock off oil pan w/ pickup. Has worked w.o problems for 2 1/2 years. So not all the stuff they make are junk
